It’s that time of year, folks!

Football has passed and basketball has reached the point of, “is it March yet?” The weather hasn’t quite reached warmer temps but somewhere in the SEC, your favorite team is gearing up for a long season on the diamond. The smells of freshly cut grass, dirt, and broken-in leather are back.

Baseball season is here! Let’s look at our top 5 teams with the best uniform combos coming into the ’24 season.

5. Ole Miss Rebels 

Theres nothing that says “America” quite like the red, white, and blue. There’s nothing that says “America” quite like baseball. Ole Miss has both!

With the cardinal red, navy blue, white, and powder blue mixed in, they make a great uniform combo. The powder blues are a staple for the boys in Oxford.

4. Texas A&M Aggies

There’s nothing flashy or fancy about the Aggie baseball uniforms but baseball isn’t a flashy sport. They bring an old school, classic baseball look, and we’re big fans.

My favorite combo is the home whites with the simple “Texas Aggies” written on the front. It is a timeless look, and sometimes, simpler is better. 

3. Florida Gators

The Florida Gators are a staple college baseball program. They are the standard for a lot of programs not only in the SEC, but around the country and their uniform combos are no different.

Rocking the simple blue, orange and white, you can’t mess a uniform up. Our favorite is the all-whites with “Florida” script across the chest.

2. Vanderbilt Commodores

At least Vandy has baseball…and good colors to make great uniform combos.

Every baseball season, Vandy stays clean and professional when taking the diamond. We expect nothing less from such a fine institution. My favorite combo of theirs is something new they will be rocking for the ’24 season.

Vandy will be sporting an old school “Commodores” script across the chest with a bat and stars to add some pop. 

1. LSU Tigers

The reigning national title winners take the preseason baseball top spot for uniform combos.

The Tigers are set to make another title run this year in Omaha and they won’t have to worry about looking good while doing it. The purple and gold are clean on a uniform and LSU has some great combos to choose from.

My favorite is the all-whites, with or without the piping, and “Tigers” across the chest.
