The SEC has some of the best college towns and environments in the entire country. SEC schools have insane facilities and will roll out the red carpet for a superstar quarterback. Which school would it be coolest to be QB1 at? Let's discuss.

South Carolina

If you are one of the best teams in the country and are a superstar at quarterback, the school you want to be at is South Carolina.

What is different about South Carolina? The lack of success the program has had compared to these other schools. That is why being a superstar at South Carolina would be unique because being a legend at South Carolina would be something they have not had a lot of.

South Carolina has struggled in recent years and has not been a top-10 team. The fans at South Carolina are very passionate and want to win. Williams Brice Stadium is one of the best places to play in the country, especially at night. South Carolina has incredible facilities that compete with any school in the country.

South Carolina has not had a superstar quarterback on a top team in at least 11 years. If you were the quarterback at South Carolina on a top 5 team in the city of Columbia you would be the most famous person in the whole city. South Carolina has never won an SEC or National Championship and if they did the city of Columbia might shut down for a month.

Columbia is the capital of the state of South Carolina and Columbia is about 2 hours from Charleston and about 2 hours from the closest mountains.

Georgia

Georgia is absolutely one of the best schools in the SEC to be a superstar quarterback. They have a ton of money, amazing facilities, great fans, and football stadium, and the most insane bar scenes in the SEC.

Athens has what feels like a hundred bars to choose from, Athens is a small college town that has a lot of pretty farmland around the town. The whole state of Georgia is Bulldog fans with Georgia Tech being irrelevant for the most part. Georgia has won 2 National Championships in 3 years and is the best program in the country right now.

Athens is a great college town with plenty of activities to do and is a town that is kept clean and nice. Stetons Bennet is a great example of what a superstar at Georgia can be, he won the National Championships while having a good time, to say the least.

Florida

Florida is a great school to be a big-time college quarterback, Gainesville is a small college town that has great warm weather and the town loves their football. When Florida is good they are one of the best college towns in the country and it’s not even a discussion.

The Swamp is one of the coolest/loudest places in the SEC, to play there would be incredible. When Florida gets a superstar quarterback they treat him like a “god” like figure. For example, Tim Tebow was one of the biggest most famous people in the country when he was playing QB at the University of Florida.

Although Tim was not a party person, there are a ton of parties and entertainment in Gainesville. Gainesville is about 2 hours from Tampa and Daytona Beach which is pretty close.

Another thing Florida has a great NIL collective and there is also no state income tax in the state of Florida which is great for a quarterback collecting NIL deals.

LSU

LSU is one of the best schools in the nation to be a big-time athlete.

There's nothing like playing at Death Valley; it is one of the loudest and best stadiums to play at in the country. Baton Rouge is a city that never sleeps and has a big party scene at the school. LSU has a lot of famous people that attend the school or are alumni such as Shaquille O’Neal, Joe Burrow, Livy Dunne, and Theo Von.

LSU has an insane bar scene with Shaquille O’Neal frequently stopping in Baton Rouge to DJ at bars and clubs. LSU is always a top team in the country with a ton of money backing them up with the best facilities in the country. Having all those resources at your disposal would be incredible to be the starting quarterback.
